A cross-party group of MPs is demanding that parliament should vote on any future decision to arm the Syrian opposition. The parliamentary early day motion calls for a full debate on the matter before any weapons are sent to Syria. VoRís Tim Walklate reports. It comes after Britain and France successfully had an EU arms embargo on the region lifted last week. Prime Minister David Cameron said on Wednesday that Parliament would be recalled to discuss the matter, but stressed that no decision to arm the rebels had yet been made.
