    The EU summit in Brussels has ended without an agreement. The British Prime Minister David Cameron says the deal on the table was not good enough for Britain. Although some countries wanted talks to continue, Germany and the UK say the differences between the eurozone countries were too great to carry on. VOR's Brendan Cole talked to the Conservative MP Peter Bone, who voted against the government, in a Parliamentary vote earlier this month, and called for ministers to demand a real-terms cut in the EU budget.
