    A timetable for new elections in Egypt has been rejected by the Muslim Brotherhood. The plans were laid out by acting head of state Adly Mansour hours after at least 51 supporters of ousted leader Mohammed Morsi were killed in Cairo. VoR's Brendan Cole reports.
