The Open Budget Survey ranks countries out of 100 in terms of how easy it is for citizens to find out what the government is spending. VoR spoke to the Director of the International Budget Partnership, Warren Krafchik, to find out more about the purpose of the rankings.
According to the report, New Zealand comes top of the list - scoring 93 out of 100. Britain scores 88, Russia 74.
